Judge Paul Price

Judge Paul Price was elected Probate and Juvenile Judge of Pike County in November of 2020.

As Judge of the Pike County Court of Common Pleas, Probate and Juvenile Divisions, Judge Price serves as both Judge and Clerk of both courts.

A lifelong resident of Pike County, Judge Price graduated from Waverly High School and attended college at Ohio State University in 2001, with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, and graduated from the John Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University in 2004. Mr. Price received his license to practice law on November 8, 2004.

After earning his juris doctor from John Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University in 2004, Judge Price began his law career by opening a solo private practice in Waverly, Ohio.

In 2012, Judge Price began his judicial career when he took the bench as County Court Judge for Pike County. Judge Price has maintained his private practice serving the citizens of Pike County for more than 15 years until his election to the Probate and Juvenile court
