Welcome to the Pike County Juvenile Court website. We hope this site will provide you with information and resources regarding juvenile services and cases, forms, Local Rules, and access to case dockets (except confidential proceedings).

Some Juvenile Court cases are confidential. These cases types are: Abuse, Neglect and Dependency, and most juvenile records. Private Custody and Child Support cases are not confidential.

Juvenile proceedings can be quite complex and filings will require knowledge of Ohio statutes, case law, and rules. You are strongly encouraged to seek the advice of an attorney who is experienced in juvenile law to assist you in any type of juvenile case.

The Judge and the Deputy Clerks are prohibited by law from assisting you with any aspect of your case, including but not limited to answering legal questions, determining what forms are required, and assisting with the completion of those forms.
